Had a problem a couple of times where the sound plays out of the device instead of the screen.
If you go into the playback devices it will only show the local speakers and will not show the screen even after re-connecting the HDMI cable a couple of times.
To fix just reboot the device with the HDMI cable still connected and it should detect the screen and show in the playback devices window.
