Get errors like "printer could not be found" or when you remove the follow you queues and try and re-add them it won't work.
Stop "Print Spooler" service first
Open regedit as administrator
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Print\Environments\Windows x64\Drivers\Version-3
Delete just the Ricoh folders (keys) out of the registry
go to the folder "3"
C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3
rename it to "3.old"
Start the "Print Spooler" again and install your printers
