If you need to change any permissions for housebuilder follow these steps.
Log onto the housebuilder server and run the client. Log in as administrator with the Don't password
Then expand the system settings folder and go to Security Manager. You will now see a user management page as such. To change permissions you need to be in either the LS (Location Specific) or NLS (non-location specific) operations tabs. LS allows you to apply permissions to certain sites where NLS applies to all. NLS also seems to have more options when adding permissions.
So add the user you want to change permissions for, tick the permissions you want to add and then apply. If you want to disable a permission then untick the box next to the username and pick the permission to disable.
ALWAYS MAKE SURE TO SELECT THE "MAINTAIN EXISTING SETTINGS" RADIO BUTTON OTHERWISE YOU WILL WIPE ALL EXISTING PERMISSIONS FOR THE SELECTED USER
