Browse to https://phones.imgroup.co.uk/index.html click web manager and log in.


Go to the Call Management menu at the top. Extensions and users are the main options that you are going to need.


First you need to create the extension so click on that option. Then add extension. If the user needs a physical handset then choose the H.323 option. If they don't choose the SIP option. Then click on IMGroup and OK



All you should need to do here is add the extension number to the Base extension field. The phone password should already be populated and be 46476872019 (IMGROUP2019 on a number pad). VOIP settings can be left as default



That's it click create and your done. If your going to use an existing extension then this process does not need to be done.


Now click on users and then add user to begin the user setup. Enter the relevant info the fields. 


The name should be entered as firstname-surname without any spaces and capitals for both names. EG JonathanHouse or MarkWhiston.


Default password to setup is cabinet13flower


Enter the extension number. Change the profile to Power user this will enable the slider options towards the bottom of the page. 


Login code is 46476872019.


You can add the user to certain hunt groups here too if needed



Now click on the voicemail tab. 


Here we need to enter the voicemail code - 46476872019 


Enter users email address and turn the voicmail email mode to forward


The button programming option may be needed, check another similar user to see if and what needs to be setup here


On the Telephony tab you can set the no answer time to 30secs. Default is 15
