An issue where every file has a padlock symbol next to it and opens in read only mode.
Users cannot edit anything nor open the same file simultaneously.
To fix you need to open the document centre, click on documents > the settings cog > Library settings
Click on Versioning Settings and then scroll to the "Require checkout option"
Make sure it is set to "no"
