If you get this error when trying to update to the latest version of windows 10 you need to rename the inetsrv folder to fix.
To rename the folder boot into the windows recovery screen and select the command prompt option.
Run the command rename C:\Windows\system32\inetsrv inetsrv.old
Once done exit the recovery menu and reboot.
Check the rename has completed successfully and then try the upgrade again.
