You can export passwords from chrome and import them again onto a new machine.
Useful for when transferring a users data from an old machine.
Go to :
Click on the 3 dots and the export passwords option. Enter the users credentials and then save the file. Note this file is a plain txt file and so will need to be deleted once imported.
On the new instance of chrome go to :
chrome://flags/#password-import-export
Search for Password in the Search Flags box at the top of the page.
Find "Password Import" and enable the feature in the drop down box. You will be prompted to relaunch chrome, once done go back to :
This time when you click on the 3 dots you should have the Import option. Pick up the password file and import.
Once imported be sure to delete the password file
You can disable the Password Import feature in chrome again if needed
