Run the Avaya workplace App from the Laptop Setup folder
Next through all default install settings
Once done click on configure my account > the settings cog > select "use web address"
In the url field type https://phones.imgroup.co.uk and click next. Then enter the extension number and password. Default password is cabinet13flower
Once logged in you should see the green tick next to the user and no red triangle
