Plug in the desk phone (preferably on the voice vlan)

Once loaded up login with the extension number and the following password

46476872019 (or IMGROUP2019 on the number/keypad)

If the phone displays "Discover 10.111.1.5" make sure that the extension is set to H.323 and not SIP

If the phone fails to find an IP address then make sure it is on the voice VLAN otherwise you may have to manually tell it to use the data VLAN
