Sign on as QSECOFR and enter this cmd
DLTUSRPRF USRPRF(SCODD) OWNOBJOPT(*CHGOWN JMCMAHON)
This will also change the objects owned by the profile to the user specified. Make sure that you enter a relevant person for the objects to be transferred to.
