This is installed for people within the CMC team
It allows them to mark a call with an "outcome" when following leads etc
To install navigate to \\itapps\apps$\laptop setup\Liquid Voice
In there you will find the current call outcome client. Run the setup.exe installer
In the server name window enter 10.111.1.8 then next through the rest of the options.
Now you need to go to 10.111.1.8 and login to the liquid voice web configuration. Go to extension configuration and add the extenstion number and PC name
Then open the client by searching liquid in the start menu. It should look like this
This is the config file to make sure it is pointing to the right server.
