To reset OneDrive:
Open a Run dialog by pressing Windows key
and R.
Type %localappdata%\Microsoft\OneDrive\onedrive.exe /reset and press OK. A Command window may appear briefly.
Manually launch OneDrive by going to Start
, type OneDrive in the search box, and then click on the OneDrive desktop app.
You may have to sign back into onedrive and re-sync the folders back from Sharepoint. In which case select the option "Use this folder" when syncing files that already exist on the local machine.
If this doesn't work you can uninstall onedrive and then reinstall it by downloading the exe from here

You will then have to re-sync the folders again
You can also run the Support and recovery assistant (SARA) from here

Run through the wizard and it might help identify the problem
