Open up the IT Knowledge Base which is located on 'Your board' on the IM Group Workplace.

Click on Settings:



Click Site Contents:



Click New>Page:




Give the page a title and add an extra section and populate with instructions.

Publish page.


You now need to add a link on to the Knowledge Base home screen:


On the home screen, click Edit:


Click on Add Links:


You will need an image ready relevant to the instructions you are uploading.

Click on Upload and browse for the image:



Now the Title has been added to the home screen, you need to add the link to the page that you have created. Copy the link from the relevant page, add it in below Link and make sure your custom image is selected. Also give the page a Title.



Back on the home screen click on 'Republish' and this will make your changes live.
