When or if reloading the software this is the ip number (10.111.1.6:9080)
Login IMGUKDC2 and open the Avaya Reporting Icon on the desktop
From the User Management menu, go to Licence Users
Roll down the Selected Licensed Users list, tick any new starters, then ok (ignore the spare ones)
Back to the User Management menu, click Refresh Users & Groups
Close the software and restart when you see this message
Log back in with mw’s saved credentials
All should now be good
