STEP 1- LOCATE \\itapps\apps$\Laptop Setup\Respond Add-ins\RespondSaaSv840DesktopFiles\Desktop
STEP 2- Run the correct architecture MSI X64 (dependant on outlook)
STEP 3- IMAPS only use the following 'Configuration manager and Office Productivity' deselect 'Respond in-tray .
Step 4- Pop in the URL- https://groupc.respond.apteancloud.com/Colt
STEP 5- Proceed with admin rights. (UAC prompt )
STEP 6- If outlook is open close it down and restart. The respond tab should now appear in outlooks TAB menu at the very top.
STEP 7- Get the user to login (They should have these credentials on hand)
STEP 8- Configuration manger should also appear in the program list- Again the login for this the user should know
