How to Load COC into NetSuite Print

Must login as an administrator

Once logged in go to the three dots

Hover over Vehicles

Hover over Vehicle Data

Then click on Type Approval (COC)

Once in Type Approval.

Select the brand and upload the file

To check if the file is loaded go to

Once in record types

Ctrl F and search for vehicle type approval

Then click on list

This should show if the files have been uploaded. (Please note the nature of NetSuite speed that this might take a while)
