If a new user does not get their email report from the as400 check to see if the user name is too long ?

e.g. David Chesterman, his as400 user is DCHESTERMA

You have to put an entry on the hybrid exchange server with the shortened name @imgroup.co.uk

** this is the same for a lot of the Swedish users with long surnames
