Swap names and extension numbers on BT Cloud & Ring Central

1. Rename the users in BT Cloud

2. Find the user in BT Cloud, then goto Devices

Stay on this page, open a new tab, open Ring Central

3. Find you user and 'Delete' the user in Ring Central

Then add new user and enter all the details from the BT Cloud
