Cisco Access Request to Public (Allow Web Address)
To allow a website through Cisco access (*Please note get confirmation or make sure that the site follows the company guideline). For example, below you will get a request to a website that is blocked by the companies policy.
Once you have confirmed if this is allowed, click on the Manage Polices.
Click on polices and then destination lists
Click on IM Group Allow list to dropdown the box
Enter the web address and click on add. Then save
Navigate back to polices and all polices. Click on IM Group Policy and then save
