Login into your IT Self Service (We have the admin privileges to do this)

 

Select Reports and then click on Enrolled Users Report

 

 

Find the user you need to reset for the Security Questions and Answers. Then click on disenroll

 

 

Then select security question and answer and the okay

 

Make sure the “Free up the selected user(s)’ license” is unticked. Then click okay.

 

Once this is done make sure they log back into IT Self Service
