If you ever get a request for a website that should not be blocked. Please confirm if it can be unblocked first. As the site can still be malicious even if the website looks safe.
Once you get the go ahead go to Cisco webpage to unlock the web page.

Once logged in go to destination sites under polices and policy components and click on IM Group Allow List
Enter the website address under the destinations on this list will be ALLOWED.
Once you have entered the web address navigate to All Policies under Management. Then click on IM Group Policy.
Then click on Save.
