Go onto IMExchange server.
Navigate to Synchronization on Service on the desktop
Click on Connectors and make sure that imgroupltd.onmicrosoft is selected. (imgroup.co.uk is internal while the former is offsite)
Right click on the highlighted and click on Run
This will then sync. It may take up to 10-15 minutes for it to show on M365 Admin Centre.
